Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 October 2026
These terms describe use of Flux Studio, operated by Iulian Luca. Contact: iulian.luca03@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and permissions
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and access only workspaces and channels you are authorized to manage. Directors are responsible for assigning appropriate team permissions. Access may require approval. Do not share another person's account or attempt to bypass access controls.
Your content and authorized use
You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize processing and storage needed to provide the features you request, including sharing within your workspace and processing by relevant service providers. Upload, translate or adapt only material you have permission to use. You are responsible for copyright, privacy and other rights in scripts, audio, images, documents and linked content. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive content, credential theft or interference with other users or systems.
YouTube and Google
Flux Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google authorization determines which connected channel data is available. You can revoke authorization through Google account permissions. Flux Studio is an independent service and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
AI output and analytics
Review AI-generated translations, adaptations and images before use or publication. Outputs can contain errors and may change factual or cultural details. Dashboard figures depend on the source data, synchronization and selected dates. Estimated revenue and monetization filters are planning information and do not guarantee earnings or match final payments. Marking an idea as Published in Flux Studio records its production status; it does not itself upload a video to YouTube.
Availability and external services
Features may be changed, interrupted or limited by maintenance, capacity, external providers or authorization requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. No paid plan or payment obligation is established by these terms; any paid arrangement must be agreed separately. Keep copies of important source materials.
Ending access and data requests
Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security concerns or loss of workspace authorization. You may stop using Flux Studio, revoke Google access, and request account or stored-data deletion at the contact above. Shared workspace content may involve other members' rights and responsibilities; the Privacy Policy describes how to request removal.
Responsibility and updates
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring permissions and making your own publishing and business decisions. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms as the service changes and publish the revised effective date here. Contact us with questions before continuing to use a feature you do not understand.
