Privacy Policy

Flux Studio is a workspace for video production, script localization, team collaboration and connected YouTube analytics. The service is operated by Iulian Luca. For privacy questions or requests, contact iulian.luca03@gmail.com.

Information we process

We process account details such as your name, email, role, workspace membership and, if provided, phone number; authentication and account approval records; and content you or your team add, including video ideas, scripts, links, thumbnails and documents. Passwords are stored as hashes. Director-issued temporary passwords are temporarily visible to the director during the password setup process.

When you authorize a YouTube connection, Flux Studio uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. It retrieves channel identifiers, names, subscriber counts, views and production-relevant performance metrics. When revenue access is authorized and available, it also retrieves estimated earnings. Authorization tokens are used to maintain the connection; stored refresh tokens are encrypted. We do not ask for or store your Google password.

How information is used

Account and workspace information supports sign-in, access control and collaboration. YouTube data is used to display and synchronize your connected channels and analytics in your workspace. Monetization settings and dates determine which earnings appear in money reports; these reports are estimates, not payment statements. Authorized workspace members can see information according to their assigned permissions.

Service providers and AI features

Hosting, database and file storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Google supplies connected YouTube data. When you request AI translation, transcription, title adaptation or thumbnail editing, the submitted text, audio or image and your instructions are processed through the OpenAI API. When you select Generate voice-over, the translated script, selected ElevenLabs voice and speed are sent to AI33/OpenSpeaker for speech generation. AI33 processes the text and hosts the resulting audio under its own terms and retention policies. Video extraction may use Apify and external video sources. Optional WhatsApp notifications use Twilio to process the recipient's phone number and notification content. These providers may process data outside your country under their own applicable service terms and safeguards.

Connected YouTube account analytics and authorization tokens are not submitted to the AI translation service. User-supplied scripts and media are separate from the connected-account analytics. Flux Studio does not use Google API user data to train general-purpose AI models, sell that data, or use it for personalized advertising. Access, use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and security

Flux Studio uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery and security. Access to stored documents and thumbnails requires authentication and workspace permissions. No security measure can eliminate every risk; keep your credentials private and grant team access carefully.

Retention, deletion and revoking access

Workspace content and synchronized analytics are stored to provide the workspace and historical reports. Revoking Google access stops further authorized retrieval but does not by itself erase information already stored in Flux Studio. You can revoke access through your Google account permissions. To request removal of your connection, stored YouTube data, content or account, email the contact above and identify the account or channel concerned. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Workspace administrators can also remove content and channels through available management controls. Some service-provider backups or records required for security or legal obligations may remain under their retention processes.

Your choices and rights

You choose whether to connect Google, supply a phone number or submit content to AI tools. You may request access, correction, deletion or information about your data and raise a privacy complaint at the contact above. Additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability and complaints to a supervisory authority, may apply under the law governing your circumstances. Workspace administrators also determine how their teams use shared content.

Google policies and changes

Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version. Contact us before using the service if you need clarification about any data practice.
